Novexis Group

The sole shareholder of the parent company NOVEXIS GLOBAL is Malte Liedtke. He holds all 100 shares in the company. NOVEXIS GLOBAL, in turn, owns all shares in its two subsidiaries: NOVEXIS INFRASTRUCTURE and NOVEXIS SYSTEMS.

NOVEXIS GLOBAL is registered as a holding company.

The business activities of NOVEXIS INFRASTRUCTURE include infrastructure engineering design and consultancy services.

NOVEXIS SYSTEMS is registered for software and application development (except games and cybersecurity), as well as information technology consultancy (except cybersecurity).

The paid-up share capital of each of the three companies is SGD 100. All three companies list the same corporate secretary and the same director. In the ACRA registration documents, the director is expressly identified as a nominee director.
